This has been a heavy few weeks for us. If you don’t know, we live in Nashville just down the road from where the recent school shooting occurred. After the shooting, we spent a lot of time processing and wrestling with this tragedy and we are still dealing with a lot of heartaches. It has brought up the topic of how we process and deal with tragedy. For us personally, we have felt the drive to do something with our feelings and take action for change. So in this episode, we are talking all about some actions you can take for yourself as you walk out your emotions in the midst of tragedy.

We want to let you know that these actions are all spoken in the context of school shootings as many in our community are still mourning and feeling the impact of this tragedy.
