We offer individual therapy to all people in the Greater Nashville Area in our Cool Springs office location, and online telehealth therapy services to anyone in the state of Tennessee.

We offer teletherapy sessions via computer, phone, or any electronic device to residents in Tennessee only. Online therapy uses a HIPAA compliant online video platform that can be accessed from anywhere you have a quality internet connection. This is a beneficial option for people with busy schedules, young children at home, or a preference to not drive long distances. Computers are typically preferred, but any device that can be propped up can be used. A link will be emailed to you 48-hours in advance.

Yes. We offer in-person sessions at our beautiful office in the Greater Nashville Area. Our office is located at 1604 Westgate Circle Suite 240, Brentwood, TN 37027. Contact us today to discuss availability for in-person therapy.

No. At this time, we do NOT accept insurance. However, some insurance plans will cover an “out-of-network” provider. Our licensed or temporary licensed clinicians can supply you with a “Superbill” invoice at the end of each month so that you can submit it to your insurance on your own. Reimbursement will go to you directly. Keep in mind, with any insurance reimbursement, a diagnosis must be made on your paperwork to be valid for coverage. We can discuss this further if you have questions or concerns.

If you would like to learn more about the benefits of cash-pay therapy vs. insurance pay, then read this article.

After scheduling your first appointment, you will be emailed a link to our secure online portal. Through the portal, you can conveniently complete the new client intake forms prior to your session. Whether in person or online, you’ll be welcomed by a trained Enjoyco counselor. You’ll review the intake paperwork and go over any questions you may have, and then your counselor will ask you some questions to get to know you better. During that first session, you’ll talk more about what has been bothering you recently, what you long to see be different in your life, and create a plan to get there. Our hope is to help you not just reduce symptoms, but also help you build a life you love. We can’t wait to get started with you.
